Joseph Corozzo has earned his reputation over the years as a fearless litigator who never gives up the fight for his clients. After interning with famed defense attorney Bruce Cutler, and graduating law school in 1991, Mr. Corozzo joined forces with fellow partner Ronald Rubinstein to establish the law firm Rubinstein & Corozzo, LLP.

Since then, Mr. Corozzo has appeared in over a hundred federal cases and numerous state cases. He has appeared in the federal district courts of New York, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Louisiana, and New Hampshire, and has had great success in obtaining acquittals in both federal and state courts. In fact, Mr. Corozzo obtained full acquittals in the last three out of four Federal New York cases he tried to verdict. In addition, he has settled many SEC claims via arbitration thereby saving millions of dollars for his clients.
